Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and friendly Airhostess to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. They will be expected to provide excellent customer service, handle emergencies, and maintain a clean and organized cabin environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet passengers as they board the aircraft and direct them to their seats
• Provide safety instructions and demonstrations to passengers
• Serve food and drinks to passengers
• Respond to passenger requests and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner
• Handle emergencies such as medical situations, turbulence, and equipment malfunctions
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure the cabin is clean and tidy
• Perform security checks and ensure all passengers comply with safety regulations
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the aircraft
• Ensure that all passengers are seated properly and safely
• Maintain accurate records of passenger numbers, meal orders, and other pertinent information
• Attend training sessions to maintain and improve skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with other cabin crew members and pilots to ensure smooth and safe flights

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Airhostess or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and professionally
• Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and schedules
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must meet all physical requirements, including height and weight restrictions, and have excellent health and fitness
• Must be able to pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications and licenses
